The answer is probably not to get rid of all protection of IP though. I think a change to the law to prevent obvious patent trolls would be beneficial on the other hand.
- Tycho 16y agoOr maybe a sort of AI enhanced service that automated the 'legal hacking' involved in navigating the world of patents. Like as well as writing unit tests for your code, you write 'patent tests' which allow the search tool to determine if you're code/product is infringing any patents and if so how to avoid infringement.
