I had one, and it was scary, but it was early enough that I hadn't really perceived myself as pregnant - I had managed to Google myself into that being the best possibility for what was wrong with me (ovarian cancer was also a match for the symptoms!) I'm grateful that I was able to get to my regular gyno quickly and have her show me what was going on, go to the hospital of my choosing after getting ready to be there for a few days, and then have doctors who respected my agency while making it clear that this was something that needed to be ended right away (Germany).
