Probably not what you're asking for, but I've recently started archiving interesting articles in a Git repository, especially those that I fear I would not be able to find again via search engine. I store articles as Markdown (there are online converters that take a URL and extract the Markdown, e.g. http://fuckyeahmarkdown.com http://fuckyeahmarkdown.com) with some manual cleanup. It's a bit expensive, which means that I only do it for stuff that I really really want to keep. I have about two dozen things in that folder by now.
