- Buttons840 7y agoI was going to say the opposite, just because you'll "pay it off later" doesn't mean you're not paying for it now, with every single change taking longer than necessary.

- sgift 7y agoSounds like debt to me. With all the refinancing going on I wouldn't be surprised if there's still some debt out there that can be traced back to someone centuries ago that hasn't been payed back yet.
