I'm surprised to see something so politically charged on the front page of HN. The article sounds pretty bad, but the author is >The chair of the Trump Victory Finance Committee and a senior adviser to Donald J. Trump for President Inc So is there a lighter take to this development, or has a communist revolutionary actually taken over the SF justice system? If the facts in the article check out, that a former translator for Hugo Chavez, adopted by former members of the Weather Underground, just became SF's DA and fired seven prosecutors apparently without cause, maybe it's worth a read... This is the stuff of movies!
