I checked the video (https://youtu.be/tiq0OL8rzso?t=925 https://youtu.be/tiq0OL8rzso?t=925 at 15:25): She says "日本語を話しますか？", pronounced "Nihongo wo hanashimasuka?" meaning "Do you speak Japanese?", which she also translates for the audience in English immediately afterward.
