One year without salary sounds pretty close to a founder level committment in that first year. I am not so sure that 6% equity is adequate for your troubles.

- trevelyan 16y agoI agree. If this guy is being asked to invest 100k for 6 percent of the company, he should be able to justify a 1.5 million valuation for the business.
