Would it be possible to build a floating (or submerged) factory in the ocean? Far enough from shore but linked to a coastal city via a "boring company" tunnel. And thus be outside of any political jurisdiction.
- agumonkey 7y agoconsidering the chances of water level rise, knowledge in large floating structures seems like a worthy endeavour
