My startup is currently working on this now. One of my major concerns is data security and client confidence.
One hurdle I haven't figured out how to get over is reassuring clients that their data is safe with us -- i.e. we aren't reading/listening in on every conversation.
- davidjnelson 7y agoI wonder if there’s a failsafe way you can prove it’s off when they want to turn it off.
