The "unsafe" keyword should probably just be called "unchecked," otherwise it is a bit of a misnomer.

The "unsafe" keyword should probably just be called "unchecked," otherwise it is a bit of a misnomer.
- saityi 7y agoI think 'unchecked' would be a bit of a misnomer; code inside of unsafe blocks is still checked by the compiler for many things. The borrow checker is even on IIRC.
