- cbanek 7y agoTotally agree. Sleep masks have really helped with my weird sleep schedule. Even with your eyes closed, your body will figure out it is light outside (unless you have some kind of blackout curtain). Plus there's a nice ritual about it that I think also helps my mind relax.
