I cannot agree with this comment more! If your org is not a type 1 or type 2, don't roll out an ERP change. Get to 1 or 2, then do it. You're just asking for

I cannot agree with this comment more! If your org is not a type 1 or type 2, don't roll out an ERP change. Get to 1 or 2, then do it. You're just asking for pain and will lose a lot of great employees who refuse to go through that pain with your org.
