Why not just have everything in Fidelity or Vanguard? Fidelity has free checks, debit withdrawals from any ATMs, easy ability to buy/sell stocks and index fund

Why not just have everything in Fidelity or Vanguard?
Fidelity has free checks, debit withdrawals from any ATMs, easy ability to buy/sell stocks and index funds.
Their software could be better, but it's okay enough.
I'm not sure why anyone uses the other banks?
