Are we including html and css on that list? I'm not sure webgl is capable of replacing them. Browsers would need to expose some sort of 2d drawing layer.
- giancarlostoro 7y agoNo, just old approaches instead of just using modern browser features, or even modern JS features. Not every single thing has to be WebAssembly, but it is a good starting minimum requirement, cause it basically guarantees modern versions of JavaScript. I mention WebGL and audio etc cause if HTML5 is set to replace Flash, there's still small rough edges here or there.
