The new tools will open up problem domains where the time and budget wasn't there before. It's clearly not going to replace code, for reasons that everyone has enumerated here. The reason it's getting VC attention right now, though, is because No Code is a way to discipline the market for programmer salaries. Even if the effect of it is more glue code over more protocols, the goal is to shift jobs from engineers to technicians.
