- tasogare 7y agoProbably the most important of the thread. Working smarter > working harder and communicating about your work and its impact is as important (sometimes more) than the work itself.
- pge 7y agoand that luck plays a much bigger role in success than most people think (we prefer to think our success is the result of effort and skill)
