True, I guess I'm just worried it might hit my neighbors unsecured wifi or somerthing. I live in an apartment complex so it is tough to monitor all the connections all the time since people move in and out.

Don't think it would auto-connect to unsecured networks but could always set up an offline access point and force the TV to connect to it to be extra sure. Probably not worth the hassle though.
