that is actually my bad , this URL works too http://www.ibm.com/innovation/us/watson/ http://www.ibm.com/innovation/us/watson/ - basically this sends a request to the main front end proxy and because IBM hosts like a billion URLs the front end proxy redirects to the appropriate cluster
