- roywiggins 7y agoWhich is why attempts to "document all human knowledge" or whatever are always doomed to fail. We don't even know what we know. Yeah, people can print out Wikipedia and store it in diamond or whatever, but that's not what human knowledge really is.
- Izkata 7y agoStuff like this is why we always encouraged our new hires to add to documentation anything they had to ask us about, even for what should already exist as a good set of explicit steps. It was pretty much a guarantee something would be missing.
