A month ago I had an especially good workout then a few hours later the dengue fever that was incubating hit.
- DailyHN 7y agoSimilarly, I've learned to avoid running when I begin to feel any symptoms of a sinus infection or head cold. Time and time again, I wake the next day will the full-blown illness. Instead, a little rest goes a long way in letting my body heal itself.
