Not sure why your being downvoted. A comedian once made a joke after the passenger airline was downed over Ukraine along the lines of "in an airplane you get charged a fee for everything, can't there be a 'avoid active warzones' fee? I'd happily pay that one" Not commenting on the situation but couldn't airlines avoid tumultuous airspaces in their flight paths?
