Is there a touring show/orchestra for that? How do/did you find information on it?

It was in my country (in Latin America) at an opera house, and I think it was a local orchestra. It was well advertised but there were only a couple showings and that was it. Crowded! I suppose theaters and arthouse cinemas all over the world have similar initiatives.

Local to me at least, the Cincinnati Pops has done this for quite a few movies, including the original Star Wars trilogy, some Harry Potter films, etc. They get the film from the studio with the soundtrack removed, which makes me think this is a thing other orchestras have available to them as well.

The Philharmonie de Paris does this a few time each year, it's usually advertised on the billboard in the subway network
