Agree I use org-mode to capture notes/TODOs. For Links/Bookmarks I use Google bookmarks - https://www.google.com/bookmarks/ https://www.google.com/bookmarks/ which surprisingly has not been killed and looks like might be left alone by Google. Other bookmarking services delicious.com & posterous etc all died in due time. By using browser extensions and a 3rd party Mobile App. I am able sync/store all the links. Though I would love to be able to sync bookmarks to my org-mode notes.
