I think most networks I'm a part of lack the long term relationships and sustainable group dynamics that make traditional, real-life groups so awesome.
Currently I'm trying to figure out what makes a really awesome group, and trying to scale it up at some point. So for now, I'm just saying 'tech-minded', but I hope to iron that out soon.
As far as incentives go, if you don't meet the minimum posting activity for a group, you get removed. So ideally the groups will be valuable enough to get people to contribute so that they don't get kicked out - I will have to see if that's enough.
Looking forward to getting you onboarded into a group - thanks for the questions (and I'll take your word on that title advice too).
