I've tried to read through the specific notice (http://crtc.gc.ca/eng/archive/2011/2011-77.htm http://crtc.gc.ca/eng/archive/2011/2011-77.htm) but when it comes to legalese subtle wordings can make all the difference. If I say "oppose" I want to make sure I oppose UBB and not oppose repealing/investigating UBB. And vice versa with "support"
