- mikece 7y agoChilling that "population" is listed as a target but I can't help imagining a scenario where all of the primary and secondary targets -- military, government, industrial, agricultural -- are taken out with strikes that limited the amount of collateral damage and maximized the number of survivors: how many of those people will wish they had not survived the attack?
