Ask HN: Capturing Linkedin Content Feed Systematically

Is there a reliable way to query LinkedIn content and get alerted on it - either using an API and building myself or a 3rd party tool? I know its a bit contentious but my use-case here is to capture useful information (e.g. found post about keyword 'X' click here to read) so that I would go back to LinkedIn to read the content and potentially then interact with it for the benefit of the community.
