I am a great people manager, but it's subject to the monkey in the middle problem, which I find stressful.
- ryandrake 7y agoWhy not try sliding into project management or product management? It’s not “real” people management since you typically have no direct reports, but these careers allow you to remain technical and I’ve encountered way less ageism here.
