There seems to be a lot of talk in the article about what the writer wants. Also, there is talk about some life style changes. However, the author seems to be lacking a detailed plan of attack. My suggestion to the author would be to move their motivations out of the picture long enough to frame it. The biggest difference between successful people and others is action, not motivation.
