- mirimir 7y agoI'm no expert. I'd say the Hopi. The Iroquois Confederacy also comes to mind. But they were quite warlike. Definitely not the Comanche.
- crawfordcomeaux 7y agoThe are several Coast Salish tribes to take a look at. Some were anarchic, so their culture could be of great use to studies of governance.
