I agree with the points but I can't bias my opinion just because someone went to bootcamp. You can find good or bad candidate everywhere. Once I interviewed a candidate form one of the well known state funded school and the person can't even write a for loop. Also IMO coursera/udacity/community colleges are more reliable than bootcamp.
