Elad Gil is a really smart investor (his list of Unicorn investments is probably larger than any other angel), but -- with the exception of (11) and (12) -- this doesn't strike me as a very ambitious list.
- eladgil 7y agoAgreed on not crazy ambitious for most of these. Honestly, this really is just a list of products I would like to use (with 1 or 2 exceptions). There are a lot of things that should exist but are harder to do: -Safe, cheap nuclear power -Longevity drugs (I am involved with two companies in that area) -Independent journalism school/foundation -Pioneer on steroids (how to identify and nurture the top global talent for every area of human endeavor) -Etc. But that is perhaps another post / different topic? What else would you add?
