I know many companies that just sent them 5-6 Figure checks to license JRE.... They also have Lots of Med to Large organizations using a number of their products, a lot of them are Oracle customers simply because they were using products that oracle acquired and since they are now entrenched into the business process it is easier to keep paying Oracle than extract those products with alternatives
