I used to (at Macromedia). He's a great guy. Very approachable and down to earth, but certainly not afraid to make the hard calls as you see here. I sometimes wonder where Microsoft might be if he'd replaced Balmer, but it's great to see him take on Nokia. Talk about a tough gig!
