- ironmagma 7y agoNot necessarily, some perfectly good workers lack the drive to do customer calls, CEO work, marketing, etc. Generally speaking, being self employed is a heck of a lot more work than being in a startup because you must do everything yourself and you will never be able to be truly "off."
