How is this checklist supposed to be used?

- the_af 7y agoIt's a variation of the "checklist explanation of why your proposal is a failure" that was in vogue back in the day, and is less often seen these days. I first saw it in the 90s. It's a joke. You don't "use" it except to diss a language you don't like.
