Domains are one area where I support more regulation. It should be harder to buy a domain in my opinion. Right now, it is way too easy. I am not even talking about domain hoarders. The price can remain the same but whenever someone wants to purchase a domain, they need to go through an additional audit of some sort. Add more entry to barrier. Legit folks will be a little inconvenienced but it will help weed out the scammers a bit more. Yes I know dedicated scammers will still bypass at times but it will surely deter them. Thoughts ?
