- cagenut 7y agoTheir taking the overall emissions targets from the IPCC SR15 report and dividing it per-capita. My preferred way of visualizing it is the first, third and fourth set of graphs here: https://ipcc.ch/sr15/graphics https://ipcc.ch/sr15/graphics Its pretty insane what we have to do now because we've wasted so much time "debating".
