- dsfyu404ed 7y agoThere's many stake holders who's ok is required to implement something like this at such a big company. I'm sure there's people who like it for the health saving, some people who like it for the time savings. As someone else said, the health insurance is probably the most reliable dollar figure they can point to as a justification and big business decisions like this don't get made without being able to quantitatively justify them.
