- 6nf 7y agoAustralian McDonalds beef patties contain exactly three ingredients: Beef, salt, pepper. That's it.
- loco5niner 7y agoInteresting. Did a little reading. It does seem that in the last few years, McDonalds has cleaned up it's food a bit.
