Ask HN: Where can I submit my final thesis?

I just finished my graduation in Software Engineering with a final thesis entitled "exploring the use of genetic algorithm in digital games". I think it's a good paper, so I'm willing to translate it to English and publish it. I just don't know where. It's 60 pages long. Is there a place where I can submit it? If there's any Brazilians reading this, would you like to help to translate it?
