If you're in the States and looking for something closer to home, I go on camping trips up in the Adirondacks fairly often. The cell coverage is either nonexistent or voice-only, and it's a beautiful area. There are a few good backcountry campsites I've found that do have 4G - working remotely out of a tent is definitely an experience.
