You never get the “as it was” though - you change. You get older, the characters you identify with change, the feelings change. The one thing I remember from watching “The Net” in the 90s was Sandra Bullock on the beach, as I was a hormonal teenager. I have no doubt there were other parts of the film. The emphasis will be different to my memory.
