I hear two different stories. It's 70 years after date of publishing, other times it's 70 years after date of the last surviving author. Aside: Cary F. Baynes was a student of Carl Jung. I didn't know that until now. Jung did a preface to the english translation of Wilhelm's Yi Jing.
