I've just copied the worthwhile ones to 2020 then scheduled everything with a grid showing which item on which days so I can tick them off graphically on paper. This thing is stuck to my fridge. My only rule for resolutions is they can't finish in January and anything I would have previously used discipline/willpower gets previewed in December.
