The fact that California refuses to build will be its long term demise. You need blue collar workers to keep the lights on in all cities, even those with minimum 7-figure housing costs. They'll lose to states like Texas.

- JMTQp8lwXL 7y agoThe replacement state --so long as it has a pro-building policy-- is arbitrary. Whether it's Arizona, or Nevada, or Texas, etc. could be up to debate. These places look mighty appealing for households that don't earn $300k/year, which is most households.
