I assume you are not talking about FB employees which is a shame because it would be nice to see the same employees take some responsibility for the code they produce.
- wolco 7y agoA programmer takes responsibility for their work but they are not responsible for what you think they are. A programmer doesn't get to determine what the company is building unless it is so small and even then it is rare. Target product managers.
