"Stroom" is a Dutch word meaning either (electrical) "power" or, more likely in this case, "flow".
- hestefisk 7y agoIn Danish, similarly, the word ‘strøm’ means electrical current or stream / flow (of something, eg water).
- ukz 7y ago`Setrum` in Indonesian (Dutch loanword).
- rollulus 7y agoStroom doesn’t mean electrical power, that’s “vermogen”. It means current.
- adamcharnock 7y agoIt means chicken manure where I am (Portugal). Gave me a bit of a double take.
