I found their new cashier system even more impressive. The cashier literally has to put everything on top of this plate and everything gets scanned at once. I hear the Uniqlo in Japan has this self checkout system that has this plus automatic bagging.

  I agree it's a nifty system. I think every item is tagged with an RFID chip. Does anyone know he details?

    All clothes I’ve bought from Uniqlo have the rfid logo on the tag.

  I used it today, visiting Spain from the US, and it absolutely blew my mind. All I did was drop my products in the basket, and pay with my phones NFC.
