But you are not a customer since you don't pay for the service, you are a user - so it's user support, not customer support.
The customers are the people/companies who buy ads to finance Facebook.
Why would they bother that much with the user's problems - it's not like you can easily quit anyway.
- afterburner 16y agoSo what's your point? Never open a Facebook account? It would be a logical response, one which would impact Facebook customers. So would, say, having login problems and not being able to log in to see all those ads. It seems user problems can impact the customer after all.
